    For 20 years I have been in the fitness industry leading people in a group or one on one setting. Being a personal trainer and fitness instructor has taught me a lot about what motivates people and how to work with various fitness levels.

    Thirteen years of mountain bike racing and training with a high-performance coach has taught me what it takes to be a competitive athlete. I have completed various types of races including Stage Races, 100 Milers, Six to Ten Hours, XC and 24 Hour Solos.
